Artes et Ethica 2011 - The other faces of ethics, cooperation, competition and foreign entrepreuners
The ethcal question in comparison with the new companies from different cultures, realities and countries out the European community will be the focus of the 2011 Artes et Ethica.
The phenomenon of the foreign entrepreneur in Italy has grown significantly and in a few years the number of these companies will be even higher.
Reflecting on the ethics of business and labour, the values and aspirations that drive entrepreuners cannot be ignored, together with the shared points and the points of friction that arise over rules, respect of the person and social responsabilities of any business.
Knowing this reality of the foreign entrepreneur in Italy, both unspoken and undervalued, can be crucial to undestand another's point of view to compete fairly, to co-operate, build a true and deep integration, meet on a common ground of values.
The seminar is addressed to entrepreuners, executives and professionals.
